Article Processing Charge (APC)

The RA has, from its inception, a regulation in which publication fees are contemplated to cover administration and publication expenses. However, to date, and based on direct communication to the authors, their payment has been permanently exempted until our editorial solvency (belonging to higher indexes, higher demand, impact index, etc.) and administration do so require.
